MICHAEL ZAREW

Michael established the firm now known as Consilium International Group in 1987.

As Managing Director of Consilium, Michael specializes in Senior IT recruitment and high-level government consulting with a strong focus on procurement, strategic marketing and business planning.

Michael is an accredited Myers-Briggs consultant specialising in sales /communication performance. He has wide experience in business facilitation and recently completed a course in Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.

REX STEVENSON

Rex is a co-founder of Signet Group, a strategic partner of Consilium. He was previously a career intelligence officer for 25 years, retiring from office in 1998 as Director General of the Australian Secret Intelligence Service (ASIS).

As a strategic partner, Rex provides specialized security consulting services.

Rex holds a BA (Hons) and MA and is a member of the Order of Australia Association, the United Services Institute of Australia, the American Society of Industrial security and the Society for Competitive Intelligence professionals.

ROBERT TONKIN

Robert is a former public service Chief Executive with particular expertise and experience in Defence, national security, disaster management, Strategic policy and advice, Government relations, change management and resource management. In a 33 year career his appointments have included Deputy Secretary Dept Defence, (CFO & CIO ); CEO of the Chief Ministers Dept, Cabinet Secretary and Head of Administration of the Australian Capital Territory ; and Unattached Secretary within the Dept of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, undertaking a range of National Security tasks.

Rob holds a BA (Hons) (Syd) and a Grad Dip in Administration (CCAE). He has been a member of the Council of the Order of Australia , is a member of the Board Round Table of the CEO Circle , a Director of the Australian Industry & Defence Network ( Canberra ) Inc and is Deputy Chairman of the Defence Reserves Support Council of the ACT.

JAMES ALLEN

James is a co-founder of Signet Group, a strategic partner of Consilium. He was previously a career law enforcement officer for 34 years, retiring from office in 1997 as Deputy Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police (AFP).

As a strategic partner, James provides specialized consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, and the development and implementation of ethics, integrity and anti-corruption programs and reviews.

James holds a BA in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the Australian Joint Services Staff College. 

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a member of the United Services Institute of Australia, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the American Society for Industrial Security, the World Future Society and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
